Decimal.next_minus()


Introduction
Return the largest number representable in the 
given context (or in the current default context if no context is given) that 
is smaller than the given operand.

Syntax
next_minus(...)
Decimal(x).next_minus(context=None)

Parameters
x=Decimal value

>>> Decimal(.1).next_minus()
Decimal('0.1000000000000000055511151231')

>>> Decimal(0).next_minus()
